PITCHING SESSION 1
Description
The Live: Latvian Theatre Showcase 2021 is pleased to announce the new addition of a pitching program representing nine upcoming works or performances. During each 15 min artists will offer an insight into the development, presentation and documentation of their performances. The variety of works will invite multiple different entry points for collaboration, from presentation, residency and other custom engagements.
In the lead up to Live: Latvian Theatre Showcase the nine artists underwent mentoring by Swedish producer Magnus Nordberg and NTIL Artistic Director Bek Berger. In addition to the mentoring each artist was provided financial support to produce the video material which will be used for the basis of the pitching.
The pitching sessions will be live streamed online including the Q&A session that will take place at Kino Bize in Riga.
The pitching videos will be available online at the Skate website after the presentations.
